Tom and Tonya Jackson, along
with their 2 year old daughter, Katie, are enjoying
their Keith White Custom Home south of Paragould.
Tom is a Sales Manager with Central Dealerships of
Jonesboro, and moved to Carriage Hills because it is
convenient to his job but offers a quiet, friendly
neighborhood in which to raise Katie.

We caught up
with Tom on his day off as he busied himself with a
few domestic chores. He took time out, however, to
tell us: "We love the neighborhood and have met some
very nice neighbors. And Keith White has been
great," he says, "always there anytime we have a
question or a need." |

I decided to move to Arkansas to be near my
youngest son and his family. I loved the first
house I looked at -- A Keith White quality
custom home. I had made arrangements with
a real estate agent to look at homes in
Paragould the next two days, but none measured
up to the home I fell in love with. I am

Forced to evacuate our
Louisiana home for 3 weeks after hurricane Katrina (for
the 4th time in recent years), we decided it was time to
relocate to my husband's native Northeast Arkansas.
Contacting a friend, real estate agent Tim Blankenship,
we told him we had just two days to find a home before
returning to Louisiana to tie up loose ends. Tim
stayed with us for a 10-hour-a-day whirlwind tour of new
and existing homes available in the area. When we
finally narrowed down to our top 3 choices, we
discovered that all of them were built by Keith White
Custom Homes. We were on our way back to Louisiana
when we called Tim with our final choice. Two
weeks later we moved in late at night, delighted to find
that Keith, knowing it would be colder than we were
accustomed to, had personally had filled and delivered
a propane tank for the fireplace to insure our comfort. |

The only
disappointment was that time had not permitted
us to order a custom designed home, and when we
told Keith we would have enjoyed a few
customized upgrades, he whipped out a pad and
pencil and began taking notes. That same week
he had several crews come in to "tweak" and
upgrade. Now, we couldn't be happier. Keith
White offers a quality built home that he stands
behind 100%, and few builders are price
competitive with him.
It's a
sure bet, should we decide to have another
house built in the future, that Keith White will be
our builder.
